may be returned within 30 days after purchase date for a full
refund. You may also trade-up for a more expensive product
within 30 days of your purchase. Moreover, unlike the rest of
the industry that does not allow you to return "custom"
loudspeakers that are built to your specifications, we allow
returns of custom finished speakers for a 25 percent restocking
fee.

purchases in the United States. If you return products to us
you only pay for the cost of shipping the products back to us.
